We do all the hard work of finding the events, working with the customers, and handling all of the paper work. All you do is show up for the event and act! Guild members are not employees, they are contract labor, that we hire to work a specific event. What this means is that you, the actor, are hired by us, the Guild, to come to the event on the day and time set. You do your set and go home, we handle all the paper work, getting the money, and expenses. Actors can usually expect payment for the event with-in 7 days of doing said event. (Cash payment on night of event is possible with prior arrangement)
